Welcome at ARJ Trainings
Are you looking for a gym where you can lose weight, become fitter and / or resilient? At ARJ you are at the right place. With a wide range of courses in small groups and a lot of personal attention from the trainer, it is no problem to reach your goals.
At ARJ we combine different ways of fitness, gymnastics and martial arts into one form of training. During the training you perform the exercises in a diversified way in a high intensity.
During the training, we use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, tractor tires, ropes, punching bags and kicking pads. The exercises consist mainly of natural body movements such as pushing, punching, throwing, lifting, jumping and running. The purpose of training is to get fit and healthy as soon as possible, regardless of age, occupation or physical condition.
At ARJ you are welcome as a private customer or as a company.
Private customers can look at our schedule and see which class is best suited for them.
